First make sure that you have the current version on iTunes 10.5. If you start iTunes this should start the update normally if the update did not start or you don’t have iTunes installed on you PC or Mac then get it directly from Apple here. If you dont have iTunes 10.5 the IOS 5will not work correctly .

So you have your accounts setup and pimped up your Google chrome now its time to find the perfect niche or micro niche to do a website or blog on.

So how to find the perfect niche so a very good question and based on three starting areas. But this is where most people become stuck and take a knee jerk reaction and purchase the domain and build their site and get nothing. If you skip this section you will save lots of time late on finding the perfect niche in the future. So be patience and start what I call this the three “P”s.

First is passion. Doing a site about what your passionate in will be very easy for you to write about and will easy come up with ideas for you site. This could be your hobby’s, pastimes or just something you’re interested in such as you my like Golf or just taking care of you favorite pet.

Second is problem, people are always are look to answers for the problems. If you can find a niche that offers just that and this can be a very lucrative indeed. For example a problem could be a badly behaved Dog or really bad golf swing.

Third is pain, people are always looking for answer to there problems, for example windows keeps crashing.

Also you can look on sites such as ehow.com, Yahoo answers and Amazon espeicaly the books section.

So for now open up your notepad or your Evernote account and time to start putting all these down. First write in three column at the top of column place passion, problem and pain one for each column. You can check out this google doc to help you on your way.

You need to fill in as many as possible once you have run out of ideas, go to forums, blogs yahoo answers and that type off thing even pop over to you local shop and see what type of magazines are available, If there’s a magazine there’s money to be made. this will give you even more ideas. So get at least five different topics and fill out you notes, the more the merrier

Once you’ve got all you ideas place them into Evernote file . Dont rush this, the more time you spend finding your niche ideas the easier it will be  when you got to the next stage, Keyword research.

The very first account that you are going to need is Google account I should have said this in the last post but hay nobody’s perfect. Your Google account will be used for a lot of thing from tracking how your site is progress right with earning money with adsence.

The reason we are going to set up your ad sense account now is because it can take up to 3 weeks to be activated so better to get this rolling so when you site is ready you ready to go from the get go. If you are planning the go ahead to start your site, then you will need to get your working space  foundations down first. So that your work flows easier and quicker. You may also already have some of this gear already installed on your PC, Mac. Again these are just my personnel recommendations, plus all are completely free.

So this is what I conceive to be the best list for software and plug-ins out there at the moment. There is no need to start putting your hands in to your pocket too as it all free. All you have to do is download and you’re set.

Right to start off with go and get Google Chrome. This is without doubt the greatest browser on the market. It’s free, quick and extremely customisable. I will be going into this in much depth in later posts.

Great storage device that you store all you files no matter where you are even if you are standing at the bus stop you still will be able to get to your important files and you can share your files with each other users who may be helping build you empire (PC, Mac any smart phone).

A Micro Niche is a small area of a market. Golf would be the main niche (if thats what you call it)  and left handed golf putters would be a Micro niche. Micro Niche break down into smaller parts of a certain category. So the the main catorgy would be golf a sub niche would be golf clubs a micro niche would golf club putter for left handed people. But this of cause is a very rough example and I will be going much more i’n to detail in future posts.

But before you say ok I like golf o build a site on golf then you will have a look of work cut out to get anywhere do to massive amounts of competition
